The Waukegan Park District presents the Decorate the Turkey Contest! This is an opportunity for children twelve years and under to submit a decorated turkey using the design below. Paint, crayons, pens, ink, beads, feathers, glitter, and more are welcome to make the turkey as creative as it can be!
Entries must be submitted by Friday, November 15, 2024 at 10pm at the Field House Sports, Fitness & Aquatics Center, located at 800 Baldwin Avenue in Hinkston Park. Voting will be open from Monday, November 18, 2024 at noon to Friday, November 22, 2024 at noon.
All entries will be posted on the Waukegan Park District’s Facebook page for a public voting contest. Only one entry per person will be accepted. The top three vote-getters will receive a turkey before Thanksgiving Day and will be publicly announced on Thursday, November 28, 2024.
